When looking for your next investment from multiple operators or considering where to reinvest redeemed funds, you can now check fund offering schedules and investment terms all in one place. Furthermore, if you add a fund you are interested in to your favorites, you will receive notifications via email and the bell icon within Gokuraku when the offering starts or ends.
We aim to reduce the hassle of researching offering schedules and the burden of remembering dates, making it easier for investors to spend their time comparing and evaluating funds.

When investing in real estate crowdfunding across multiple operators, you need to keep track of each company’s offering start dates and deadlines while evaluating where to invest.
The “Fund Calendar” displays the scheduled start and end dates for listed fund offerings in a calendar format.
You can check “what kind of funds will be offered from this week to next week” and “whether there are candidates you can apply for with your available funds” by looking at both the offering schedule and investment terms.

“Favorite Fund Notifications” is a feature that notifies you about your favorited funds at the following times:

Before the offering starts / On the day the offering starts: You can confirm the start of the offering for the fund you were considering applying for.

Before the offering ends / On the day the offering ends: You can re-check the fund you are considering before the deadline.
Notifications are supported via email and the bell icon within Gokuraku. Even if you have difficulty spending time checking information daily due to work or housework, you can use these notifications as a trigger to check the latest fund information and consider whether to apply.
