Feel like you’re just a few hours short of fully rested?
You’re not alone. In a new Gallup poll, most Americans (57%) said they’d feel better if they could get more sleep. This is the first time since 2001, when Gallup started this polling, that the majority said they weren’t getting enough sleep.
